Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused, in its original condition and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Change of Mind Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories and documentation must be included.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a suitable resolution which may include:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A full refund
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
